Payment Policy
Full payment for the tour package must be made before the scheduled departure via RTGS, IMPS, NEFT, Bank Transfer, or UPI.
Flight Ticket Payment: 100% advance payment is required for flight bookings.
Package Payment: 50% of the total tour cost is required to confirm the package.
Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid 20 days before departure.
Refund Policy
Travirots processes refunds to the original payment method. Customer details are stored only for service delivery and not retained otherwise.
1. If a tour is fully confirmed and delivered, cancellation charges will be 100%.
2. Refunds due to cancellations are subject to supplier policies (e.g., hotels, transport providers
3. Refund processing may take 30 to 45 days.
4. No refund is applicable for unused services such as accommodations, sightseeing, meals, or optional tours.
5. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed via NEFT/RTGS, cheque, or the original credit card used for payment.
6. Clients may opt to retain their refund as a credit valid for 24 months.
Booking Cancellation & Amendment Policy
Travirots reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. Efforts will be made to arrange alternatives, but no compensation is guaranteed. Cancellation or modifications requested by clients are subject to our cancellation policy.
Cancellation by Client: Requests must be made in writing via email and acknowledged by Travirots. Cancellation charges apply regardless of the reason, including medical emergencies.
Force Majeure Events: No obligation for refunds in cases of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Refunds, if any, are at the agency’s discretion.
Visa-Related Cancellations: If a visa is rejected, standard cancellation charges apply. If no response is received before departure, maximum cancellation charges apply.
Conditions of Travel
1. Clients must follow the tour itinerary. No refund will be given for late arrivals, early departures, or missed services.
2. No claims will be entertained for discontinuing the tour due to illness, loss of documents, or other personal reasons.
3. Clients displaying disruptive behaviour may have their tour membership withdrawn without liability from the agency.
4. The cost is irrelevant of circumstances that are beyond our control. Situations such as road blockade due to strike or agitation, earthquake, natural calamity, sickness evacuation, delay or cancellation of train or flight etc. are beyond our control.
5. Travel insurance is strongly recommended as Travirots is not responsible for unforeseen incidents.
6. Prices are subject to changes due to fuel surcharges, seasonal demand, or transportation costs. Any additional amount must be paid before departure.
7. Legal claims related to this agreement must be filed within seven days of the tour's conclusion.
Payment Default & Tour Cancellation
If the balance payment is not received despite multiple reminders, Travirots reserves the right to cancel the booking and adjust any advance payment against outstanding dues.
Processing Fees & Cancellation Charges
1. A 5% processing fee applies if the booking is withdrawn within minutes of confirmation.
2. Once confirmed, standard cancellation charges apply as per policy.

5. 15-29 Days before departure 75% Package Price Per Person
6. 30-45 Days before departure 25% Package Price Per Person
Liability & Travel Risks
1. Clients assume all travel-related risks and must review travel advisories before booking international trips.
2. Travirots is not liable for damages, delays, or losses due to airline, hotel, or service provider errors.
3. Legal disputes shall be settled under Indian law, with jurisdiction in New Delhi.
Baggage Liability
Travirots is not responsible for baggage loss by airlines or during transfers. Clients are advised to secure travel insurance.
Service Inclusions & Additional Expenses
Services covered are detailed in the inclusions part. Additional personal expenses, such as room service, security deposit at hotel if any, tip, on arrival VISA fees if any, seat selection charges in flight, tourism fees if any, photoshoot, laundry, alcoholic beverages and anything which is not mentioned in inclusions part, are the client's responsibility.
Changes to Tour Itinerary & Services
Travirots reserves the right to modify itineraries due to force majeure, strikes, weather, or operational constraints. Such changes are binding, and grievances will not be entertained post-tour.
